Project at a Glance
This 10 kWp commercial solar installation in Benalmádena was completed by KiDi Solar for an office property as a turnkey photovoltaic project.
The system consists of 20 × JA Solar 500 W solar panels and a Huawei SUN2000-10K-MAP0 inverter, providing the office with clean solar energy during daytime operating hours and reducing electricity consumption from the grid.
The photovoltaic panels were installed on a dedicated aluminium mounting structure supported by concrete ballast blocks. This solution provides a stable and secure foundation for the solar array without requiring conventional roof penetration.
KiDi Solar completed the entire installation, including the mounting structure, solar panels, DC and AC cabling, electrical protection, inverter installation, connection to the office electrical system and grid, system configuration and monitoring setup.
After commissioning, the photovoltaic system was tested, configured and prepared for normal commercial operation.
Installation Process
The installation was carried out by the KiDi Solar team following the technical design prepared for the property.

Property & Roof Assessment
The available installation area, roof configuration and electrical system were assessed before the final photovoltaic layout was prepared.

Panel mounting and DC wiring
JA solar 500W are fixed with certified mounting and wired to the inverter string inputs.

Inverter and battery integration
The Huawei SUN2000-10K-MAP0 and — are connected, protected and configured for hybrid control.

Commissioning and handover
We test production, backup behaviour and monitoring, then hand over the Commercial Plant system.
